Although Liberty’s everyday operations were running smoothly, Ben saw that there was an opportunity for us to add even more value to the businesses that we serve. The tenets of Agile software development closely paralleled Ben’s own vision for how a business could better serve its clientele, so he assembled a team that would drive our own adaptation and implementation of Agile principles. We immediately recognized the real value of the changes experienced at Liberty Technology, and The Agile MSP was formed to spread information and techniques that other MSPs can apply to their own practices.
